Debbie Patton, owner and artist, has over 30 years experience in art, color consultation, and design. With a theatre-arts background, Debbie's passion for "all things artistic" evolved into her decorative painting business in the 1990s. She has since worked throughout southern Indiana, Indianapolis, on residential and commercial projects in Louisville, Kentucky. Her art has taken her as far as a collaborative job with artists in Florence, Italy.

     Debbie has trained with nationally-known decorative artists Martin Alan Hirsch, Gary Lord, and Melanie Royals, all of whom have been featured in numerous faux finish publications and have been featured on HGTV.

     Debbie holds graduate certificates from Decorative Finishes Studio and Prismatic Painting Studio. She is an authorized installer for AURASTONE PRODUCTS and has completed her certification in EPA Training for Lead Renovator Initial.

     Debonair Designs is a registered member of the International Directory of Decorative Painters; Faux Forum Muralsplus online artist forums; IDAL Artisans League; and the Chamber of Commerce in Bedford, Indiana. Debbie's work has also been featured on the cover of Homes & Lifestyles of South-Central Indiana (below), in Faux Effects World magazine, and in Modello by Designs, Vol. II (below).

     Debonair Designs is a fully insured LLC. A full portfolio is available for view by appointment. Various commercial projects can be viewed on site, as well.
